Customer support

This position exists to provide support of all ImaSight products to ImaSight’s clients. 

Activities

  • Configure x-ray imaging systems over internet.
  • Assist on-site installers and clients during installations.
  • Remotely monitor, maintain and upgrade systems.
  • Be available for incident management (availability for phone support over extended hours)
  • Maintain CRM information up-to-date
  • Write additional support documentation after the introduction of new features, functions and equipment.
  • Propose solution to deficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Extensive expertise in computers and networking.
  • Experience in troubleshooting.
  • Good writing skills and experience with Client Resource Management (CRM) software.
  • Experience in x-rays an asset.
  • Two or more years of demonstrated experience with SQL client/server (SQL EXPRESS).
  • Experience with remote login software.
  • Five or more years experience in customer support.
  • Must be available for incident management over the phone over extended hours
        8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturday.
