			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ImaSight Inc. has a full time opening for a Customer Support Technician at our Gatineau office, located at 925 Boul. de la Carrière, Suite 10, Gatineau, Québec. Your role will be to provide services to ImaSight’s clients.</p>
<p>The selected candidate will report directly to ImaSight’s Director of Product Development and in his absence, to the President.</p>

<h2>Key Activities</h2>
<br />
<h5>Customer Support</h5>
<ul>
<li>• 	Remotely configure x-ray imaging systems over the Internet (X-Ray Capture Server and Networked Diagnostic Workstations).</li>
<li>• Remotely assist on-site installers through the hardware and software installation process.</li>
<li>• Remotely monitor, maintain and update the ImaSight Application Software.</li>
<li>• Troubleshoot X-Ray capture systems and Local Area Network communication problems; diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.</li>
<li>• Identify repair activities and items to be repaired, when necessary.</li>
<li>• Be available for incident management (phone support over extended hours).</li>
<li>• Establish positive working relationships with client base.</li>
<li>• Efficiently manage priorities and emergencies.</li>
<li>• Escalate exceptions through proper channels.</li>
<br />
<h5>Documentation</h5>
<li>• Report in writing and in a timely manner customer service activities, calls and incidents.</li>
<li>• Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system information up-to-date (Sales Force).</li>
<li>• Provide support documentation to clients when required.</li>
<br />
<h5>Other Tasks</h5>
<li>• Report system problems and deficiencies to engineering division.</li>
<li>• Participate in customer support meetings with marketing and engineering.</li>
<br />
<h5>Qualifications</h5>
<li>•	Extensive expertise in computers and networking.</li>
<li>•	Experience in troubleshooting.</li>
<li>•	Good writing skills and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.</li>
<li>•	Experience in x-rays is an asset.</li>
<li>•	Two or more years of demonstrated experience with client/server databases (Knowledge of SQL EXPRESS would be an asset).</li>
<li>•	Two or more years of demonstrated experience with Windows-7 and Windows-XP. </li>
<li>•	Experience with remote login software.</li>
<li>•	Must be available for incident management over the phone during  extended hours (8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Saturdays)</li>
<li>•	Ability to prioritize tasks, problems and requests. </li>
<li>•	Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with customers, partners and other employees.</li>
<li>•	Ability to address customers in both official languages would be an asset.</li>
<li>•	Willing to learn new applications and technologies.</li>
<li>•	Team player. </li>
<li>•	College or technical program graduate and a minimum of 3 years experience.</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>Gatineau, QC, May 10, 2011 &#8211; ImaSight Inc. and Atlas announce today that they will begin co-marketing the ImaSight Vision software and the Atlas Chiropractic System to all Atlas and ImaSight customers.</h3>
<br />
<p>The co-marketing agreement will make available the software tools that both companies developed to all present and future customers. An embedded version of the ImaSight Vision software will be integrated into the Atlas Chiropractic System software. End-users will be able to automatically view and annotate patient x-rays during their diagnosis. Owners of the ImaSight 4600 sensors will have access to the patient data and all ImaSight Chiro Power Tools via the Atlas Chiropractic System.</p>

<p>To promote the joint program and demonstrate the benefits of their integrated software solution, both companies agreed to create a training centre at Atlas premises. The showroom will be used to demonstrate the software solution, increase product visibility and train personnel and end-users.</p>
<p>“The combination of both tools will procure significant benefits to both Atlas and ImaSight client base,” said Dr. Stéphane Laverdière, president of Atlas Chiropractic system. “We are dedicated to offering more functionality to our products and ImaSight has the right set of tools needed by our chiropractic client base.
