John Brooks brings ImaSight a blend of financial and life science experience. He has taken two life science companies through an IPO on the main TSX exchange in Toronto, was a Director and Chair of the Finance Committee at BiotechCanada and was a VP at CIBC Wood Gundy. He was named as the Ottawa Innovator of the Year, was a finalist as the Ottawa Businessperson of the Year and was named one of the top 10 people in Ottawa by Ottawa Life Magazine.
Jean Caseault is a senior engineer with two decades of experience in high-technology start-ups and more than 10 years in corporate management. Mr. Caseault has a strong technical background in the fields of telecom, digital video and radar, and has held a variety of senior positions in business development, investor relationship and marketing. During that time, he managed engineering teams involved in the design and development of products and prototypes in the fields of medical imaging, video compression, industrial control, videoconferencing and radar systems.
Brian Radburn has over 25 years of in-depth executive experience in public accounting and financial reporting working with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a leading international professional services firm. As an Assurance Partner with the firm, he has helped clients in a wide variety of business sectors align financial strategies with corporate goals, and ImaSight now benefits from his intuitive and analytical skills and creative problem solving approach. Brian sits on the Boards of a number of business organizations and charities, including acting as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. As a business and community leader, he has established a network of long-term professional relationships based on trust, ethics, values and results.
David Blakely brings ImaSight over 20 years of marketing, sales and commercial development experience gained across a wide variety of sectors serving business, government and institutional customers in North America, Europe and Asia. In addition to co-founding a technology company in the U.S. that introduced digital imaging services to local radiology markets, he has led start ups in the consumer products sector, directed private financing projects and an IPO in the Quebec energy sector, and been responsible for numerous successful M&A projects in Canada and the U.S. Mr. Blakely holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in psychology.
Steve Johnston has more than 10 years of experience in product development and management involving digital video, data acquisition systems and information technologies. Mr. Johnston holds an MBA and a Master's degree in Project Management that complements his engineering background. Prior to joining ImaSight, Mr. Johnston contributed to the development, support and marketing of several key technology products in North America, Europe and Asia.
Pierre Blanchet is a senior electrical engineer with 16 years of experience in the management and design of real-time, embedded, video and data acquisition systems. Mr. Blanchet holds a Master's degree in Project Management and has implemented an ISO-9001 quality system. Prior to joining ImaSight, Mr. Blanchet worked as a project manager and as a senior software engineer, contributing to the successful delivery of more than 8 major R&D projects utilizing his expertise in real-time software and system management.
Luc Lachance is a senior hardware engineer with 10 years of experience in hardware design and production management. Mr. Lachance also has extensive experience in product design specification and system integration. Before joining ImaSight, he was responsible for the design of over 15 video and data acquisition products.
